One of the best things about mountain biking is exploring new places!
A few weeks back I went exploring Longmoor and the surrounding area around Liphook in Hampshire.

Morning babe , Like all your little videos ?when you put your gloves on try and put them on a little slower to show the grip grab logo or rest them on your bike with the logo up just gives them a bit of coverage maybe. Hope today goes well at work keep chilled and take your iron tonic. Now going out on my bike as think that will be the best for my back no real twisting of stretching. Lots of sun today but weekend back to northerly winds and maybe wintry showers !! Grandad out with caters this morning so will pop and see nanny I think . Love you xxxx
