Online Pilates Classes


Join my online Pilates community for health and wellness tips, live streamed classes twice a day, postural assessments and plans, prizes, polls, recipe ideas, fun exercises to do with the kids and much more. In addition to two live streamed classes a day I am offering pop up masterclasses for kids, seated exercises, sport specific training and ‘muscle group’ focused classes. My classes are for mixed ability with plenty of options to suit different levels. Please always work at the level that is right for you.

Join my online Pilates exercise classes from the comfort of your own home. We know that sitting at home on our bums is not good for us, so I invite you to join me online, live from March. I will be running two live online classes a day, join my private Beyond the Studio Live group for more hints, tips and ideas on staying healthy and exercising at home. I have two monthly subscriptions, masterclasses in sports and toning different body areas as well as pay per class membership available. I am using a mixture of Facebook live and Zoom so I can give feedback and verbal correction during the zoom classes.

Pilates Online Exercise Package one:

Package one is £30 a month

Pilates Online Exercise Package two you will get all the above plus:

  • One to one postural assessment and plan for helping you improve your posture
  • Send me videos of you doing a class and I will give feedback and correction
  • 30 min one to one virtual class once a week via Zoom
  • what’s app support

Package two is £55 a month

Pay Per Live Class
Join my live Zoom Pilates classes everyday, simply buy a £5 pass and then let me know which class you would like to join.

All packages are payable online via the website.

Pilates is a fantastic all over body workout, please work at the level appropriate to your ability and knowledge. I will try where possible, to give feedback. Make sure there is space around you to move and nothing hard to fall into. You will need an area to lie, on small towel or cushion for your head and a bottle of water.
