Youth Mountain Bike Sessions

£30.00

For young mountain bikers who already ride on red singletrack trails. We will help them build their singletrack mountain bike skills like cornering, front wheel lifts and tackling trail obstacles on varied terrain. Our expert coaches will guide young mountain bikers and provide a safe environment so that they can access more difficult singletrack trails and push their ability. From learning how to jump properly to finding control and confidence on steep and natural trails, our mountain bike coaches will provide the knowledge and expertise for these young riders to excel.

Our coaching follows the International Trail Ability Grading framework (or ITAG for short!) Children will work towards a grade criteria. Upon meeting the criteria they will be awarded a coloured Paracord Bracelet which indicates their ability and skill level should they go to other coaching session. The Framework is geared around the skills required for each band of trail and is a valuable tool for inexperienced riders to gauge whether they’re ready for the next big challenge!

Run by qualified mountain bike coaches, Beyond the Mud cycling camps are a great place for young mountain bikers to have fun, learn new skills on singletrack, meet friends and burn off some energy!
