Join professional forager Jade Mellor on a wild foray along the coast. We will identify and gather a selection of foraged seasonal delights and take our finds back to One Cat Farm and use them towards making a tasty lunch. A Spring lunch may be a wild pesto with (GF) pasta & wild floral garnishes and seaweed chocolates.
A wilderness walk with a group leader who will guide you through ancient forests and serene coastlines enabling you to get back in touch with nature and unwind tired minds and bodies.
Pilates is a wonderfully effective form of exercise that works on body alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Daily classes on a retreat might include work with a band, soft ball or Swiss Ball, and instructors will usually give progressions over the course of the retreat so you stay challenged whatever your level of experience. Doing up to two classes a day on a Pilates retreat will give your whole body a boost.
