Pilates provides a low-impact, full body workout for all ages and abilities. The focus is on balance & posture, to build strength and flexibility. With a myriad of benefits for health and wellness, Pilates can increase muscular endurance, improve posture, boost core strength and reduce stress levels.

After your Pilates workshop enjoy a delicious afternoon tea and prosecco (soft drink alternative available), whilst listening to the birds and catching up with friends.
