Our retreats combine excellent coaching with British Cycling qualified coaches who will help you master new techniques; improve your confidence and bike handling skills. After a busy day on the bike, relax and unwind with Pilates classes designed specifically to help strengthen your core cycling muscles and stretch those aching ones too!
Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal or a trip to the pub to chat over the antics of the day before getting a good nights sleep ready for day two.
Day two starts with a Pilates class and healthy breakfast, so you feel awake and energised for your big ride day. Our local qualified mountain bike guide will then take you on a journey around some of the best natural trails for mountain biking in South Wales expect wild countryside, open forests, steep climbs and wonderful descents, that leave you wanting more.
